Elderly and Disabled Services: SAHA’s Elderly and Disabled Services Program links residents with valuable quality-of-life resources and services, such as nutrition programs and transportation services. The nutrition program offered through the City of San Antonio, delivers meals to eight locations which include: 8 Victoria Plaza 8 Villa Tranchese 8 Sun Park 8 Blanco Apartments 8 Park View 8 Col.
