Aiyana Longoria serves as Chief Strategy, Data and Innovation Officer at Opportunity Home. She has been with the organization for more than 15 years, beginning as an apprentice of housing programs and advancing through roles including Assistant Director of Compliance; Assistant Director and Director of Community Development Initiatives; Director of Internal Audit; and Director of Human Resources before stepping into her current leadership role. This broad experience has strengthened her expertise in regulatory compliance, operational performance, quality control and organizational risk reduction.
Aiyana has supported Opportunity Home’s grant-funded programs that advance family self-sufficiency, as well as key initiatives made possible through the organization’s Moving to Work designation. Her work consistently focuses on aligning policy, data and operations to improve services and outcomes for residents.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas San Antonio (UT San Antonio). Aiyana is certified as a Public Housing Manager and has previously been recognized as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.
