Zachariah Woodard is responsible for managing, developing and coordinating the activities of the Public Housing Program (PH). The PH program includes administration of more than 6,000 apartment units, all maintenance activities and the execution of the annual capital Improvement budget.
Woodard first joined SAHA as part of the inaugural Property Manager Trainee program in 2007. He has held various positions within SAHA, including Community Manager, Assistant Director of Beacon Communities and Assistant Director of Federal Housing Programs.
Woodard holds various certifications in property management and Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing program administration. Most notably, he holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Woodard also has a Texas Real Estate Brokers license. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master in Business Administration from Texas A&M San Antonio.
