All homes have been purchased.

ELIGIBILITY

The single- and two-story houses start in the $130s and will be sold to individuals who qualify for the Middle Income Homeownership Program, designed to help middle-income families purchase a house.

Must be a first-time homebuyer (must not have owned a home within the past 18 months).

Must be primary residence/owner occupied.

Must have completed SAHA approved Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Class.

Must be approved through a mortgage lender for a Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Affairs (VA), or Conventional mortgage loan.

Must be able to provide at least a 5 percent down payment of the purchase price. While at least 1 percent must be paid from the purchaser’s own funds, down payment assistance can be used for the other 4 percent.

Households incomes must be at or below HUD Annual Income Limits.

Blueridge Homes
