SAN ANTONIO – The Opportunity Home San Antonio (Opportunity Home) is proposing a mixed-income development just west of Downtown along Tampico Street.
Tuesday, Opportunity Home and developers “210 Development Group” hosted a public meeting for input on the project.
It would rent some units to low-income renters and others to those paying at the market rate.
One of the top concerns people have in the area is that on traffic.
“It’s on the access road, so people can get easy on, easy off directly onto I-35,” Timothy Alcott with Opportunity Home said. “It’s not in the middle of a neighborhood. It should not impact folks that live in the neighborhood because they have easy on, easy off directly on the access road.”
